Chef Takatoshi “Toshi” is bringing his passion for sushi back to the community, offering Novato locals a place to enjoy fresh, flavorful, and affordable dishes. With years of experience under his belt, Chef Toshi is often seen behind the counter, skillfully preparing fish and connecting with guests in a warm, welcoming way.

In the evening, our omakase menu provides a curated experience with beautifully crafted nigiri, salmon, and tuna tastings. For those who love variety, our larger platters combine rolls like avocado and albacore with delicate bites of ebi, yellowtail, and lightly smoked goldeneye snapper (kinmedai).
